The leader of the Ditto Group, Dale is a Financial Advisor who joined the firm in 2009. He loves his work because he loves serving clients – and his mission is to help people meet their goals and realize true financial freedom.
Dale earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Oral Roberts University before graduating from law school at the University of Virginia. He also obtained a master’s degree in foreign affairs from the University of Virginia Graduate School. Prior to working in finance, Dale practiced law for 20 years as an estate attorney. In 2000, he began his career in wealth management – partnering with John McIntosh to form the McIntosh-Ditto Wealth Advisory Group. He came to Baird in 2009 and now partners with his two sons in their own practice. Dale is also both a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® and Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor®.
Outside of the office, Dale has previously served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Asbury Theological Seminary in Wilmore, Kentucky. He is also active in many other organizations within the Lexington community and beyond. He has played a pivotal role in organizing the Governor’s Prayer Breakfast and regularly attends the National Prayer Breakfast. In addition, Dale enjoys taking mission trips with his wife Louisa – where they have served in many countries. Dale and Louisa have been married for over 43 years and have five grown sons and nine grandchildren. Dale has also received recognition as a 2025 Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisor.
